Now, as COO, Marina continues to drive Crystal's global growth, leveraging her deep industry knowledge and experience to steer the company towards continued success in the dynamic and evolving landscape of cryptocurrency compliance and investigation software.

With 7 years of legal experience, supporting fast-growing tech companies on legal strategy, risk management and international operations, Elene joined Crystal in 2024. She holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Georgia and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Law and Financial Markets at Nova School of Law, Lisbon. At Crystal, she brings an international legal perspective and a business-focused approach.
