Crystal has become aware that attempts are constantly being made to defraud customers by the unauthorized use of the Crystal logo and brand via fraudulent sites that are designed to resemble or be confusingly like an authentic Crystal site. Some of these fraudulent offers include promising significant returns in exchange for an individual investment of varying amounts; individuals falsely claiming to be employed by Crystal to solicit funds or other information; and the unauthorized sales of our products. Please be advised that Crystal only accepts investment from accredited investors and will never solicit individual funds. Crystal representatives will only contact you from an “@crystalblockchain.com” email address.
We do not conduct official business using any other email addresses, nor will we solicit funds from you over text message or messaging applications, or on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and WeChat.

Crystal accepts no responsibility for any costs, charges or payments made that were improperly incurred because of fraudulent activity. We regularly report abuses of our brand to law enforcement agencies, but the nature and volume of fraudulent activity makes it impossible for us to prevent all instances.
