As Crystal’s CEO, Navin is also a sought-after global advisor and speaker on use cases leveraging digital assets. Navin has extensive experience in banking having worked for HSBC and Citigroup in the U.S., Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, and India. In 2008, he was recognized as one of “The 50 Most Promising Young Leaders” in Asia-Pac by The Asian Banker.

With a 12-year background in building global SAAS businesses, Marina transitioned to Chief Operating Officer in February 2024 after serving as CEO of Crystal for more than five years. Now, as COO, Marina continues to drive Crystal's global growth, leveraging her deep industry knowledge and experience to steer the company towards continued success in the dynamic and evolving landscape of cryptocurrency compliance and investigation software.

With over 15 years of experience in software engineering, finance, compliance, and entrepreneurship, FJ has a background that includes leading startups and co-founding a regulated crypto robo-advisor startup. In addition, he serves as a judge for The Webby Awards and isAMF certified. Currently training as a financial advisor and MLRO, FJ offers a comprehensive understanding of technology and compliance, driving Crystal forward.

Nick has 15 years' experience as a Professional Intelligence and Security Analyst working for Government Agencies and Private Companies, as well as experience working as a Compliance Officer for a Crypto Asset trading desk. Nick is currently a member of the International Compliance Association.

With over 16 years of experience gained at PwC, Pasha Bank and Georgian Manganese, and most recently as Finance Manager at Bitfury Group, Giorgi holds an MBA from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a dual program diploma from Caucasus University, Caucasus School of Business.

Nicolette joined Crystal as Head of Content with over 20 years of experience in editorial and content, moving from London-based RegTech, Napier, where she developed and led the content function and strategy to position the brand’s messaging and transform highly technical information into easily consumable content.

Anton has been transforming Crystal since 2018. With a decade of HR experience, he revamped processes, introduced policies, and instituted employee grading and performance reviews. Anton also implemented new HR and ATS systems, leveraging technology for efficiency.

Sviatoslav joined the Bitfury team in 2018. He has worked in the IT industry since 2014, building reliable partnerships with customers and partners from more than 50 countries worldwide. At this time, Sviat supports communications with about 100 clients and partners, helping them get maximum value from the Crystal platform.

Tiburcio joined Crystal in October 2022 to develop the UK, Ireland and Iberic markets. Prior to Crystal he was Head of Fintech Solutions, EU & UK, at RailsR, a leading Banking as a Service and embedded finance provider. As a qualified lawyer, with over 10 years of experience in sales and strategy, Tiburcio aims to present Crystal’s unique solution to enterprise players looking for a superb solution and unique dataset.

Tayeb brings over 14 years of international experience in both Traditional Finance and the Blockchain Industry, encompassing leadership roles in Compliance, Risk Management, Operations and Business Development. At Crystal, Tayeb spearheads the growth strategy in MENA, expanding the brand's reach and influence in public and private sectors.

Jessica joined Crystal in March 2024 with experience in various roles in emerging technology across the ASEAN region, including initiatives like e-wallets that facilitate cross-border wire transfers, payroll, and remittance services. Jessica holds an LL.B (Honours) from the University of London and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA), and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Dominic has over 20 years of experience in B2B sales across web3, financial services, and technology sectors. He will spearhead Crystal’s growth initiatives in the US. His background includes senior roles at CipherTrace, Provenir, Yodlee, Salesforce, and IBM, where he successfully led go-to-market strategies for high-value solutions on a global scale. A United States Military Academy graduate, Dominic also served as an officer in the US Army, bringing a wealth of leadership experience to his new role. 

Nick, with over five years of experience in crypto forensics, is a leading expert in the field. He has contributed to numerous civil and criminal investigations, working with global agencies to support their work. Nick is also committed to education, having led training for investigators, bankers, and regulators, helping professionals understand the intersection of traditional finance, digital currencies and illicit activity.
