The Counter Narcotics Department of National Police of Ukraine honor’s Crystal’s investigation contribution

Crystal Intelligence, a leader in blockchain analytics, has been recognized by the Counter Narcotics Department of the National Police of Ukraine for its significant contributions to investigative efforts.

The Crystal Investigations Team received awards for their outstanding data support, and for tracing crypto transactions related to the drug market.

Since its start, Crystal Intelligence has collaborated with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies worldwide, providing critical data to support multiple investigations.

The formal collaboration began in 2023 and this partnership aims to improve crypto investigations, detect drug laboratories and criminal organizations, and investigate offenses and illicit activities involving cryptocurrencies.

Crystal representatives have provided extensive training to the Counter Narcotics Department, including demonstrating how Crystal’s platform tracks and analyzes the movements of illicit funds. As a result, each region in Ukraine has its own virtual activity specialist.

Crystal’s investigation team offers comprehensive cryptocurrency analysis and investigative services, which include:

  • Identifying and tracking illicit activities, such as ransomware payments, and attributing them to specific entities.
  • Linking pseudonymous blockchain transactions to real-world organizations, including exchanges and mixer services, and presenting this information in a clear, user-friendly format.
  • Providing solid evidence to support legal proceedings and law enforcement actions.

Beyond their analytical services, Crystal also offers educational programs, specialized cryptocurrency workshops, and expert advice on emerging trends and intelligence.
