Improved Case Management and Alerts

by the Crystal product team

In the latest product update to Crystal analytics, platform users can now configure regular transfer rechecks, download a CSV export file, and create interaction alerts.

Configurable Transfer Rechecks with Generated Alerts

In the latest product update, we have introduced transfer rechecks to the Crystal analytics platform. This additional feature means that Counterparty Risk Score and Transfer Connections (for the Monitor feature only) will be periodically updated to match the configuration by the user (updates will happen no more than once per week).

Alerts will be generated if there is a match.

Users can configure the type of transfers that they want to be rechecked (deposits, withdrawals, or all transfers), as well as set a deadline after which transfers will no longer be rechecked.

CSV Export Option for Visualizations, Tracking Results, and Cases

  1. In the visualizations feature, users can now export details of all addresses and transactions as a CSV file. This add-on allows the user to not only export the visual part but also transaction dates, hash numbers, and address risk scores. This information can then be attached to offer an even more complete data brief for any written reports.
  2. With the tracking tool, users can now export the paths for all addresses that were added to the tracking results. This tool may be used for building the users own visualization of the path/s and for combining several different paths on the same canvas, for clarity.
  3. When it comes to case management, users can now export details for transactions and addresses that have been added to the case so they can be used to complete any written reports.

This new feature enables compliance officers and investigators to provide more comprehensive and accessible information in their reports.

Direct/ Indirect Interaction for Alerts

Platform users can now specify types of interaction for risky amounts. The user can select whether to consider direct, indirect, or all interactions for a particular entity type. This is an important tool for compliance officers who need to carefully configure levels of risk.

Get in touch if there are any features you’d like to suggest to the team, or if you’d like more information about the platform.
