In Crystal’s latest platform update, we’ve implemented automated deposit parsing, added a dark theme screen option, and now have even more configurability for alert settings and connections.
Automated Deposit Parsing
In the August update to the platform, we have implemented the automatic parsing of deposits. Now users can select deposit addresses dedicated to a particular customer. The monitoring tool will parse all incoming transactions and add them as deposit transfers for the customer. Flags will then be generated per parsed alert settings.
This improvement to the platform will allow users to add customer transfers automatically which will reduce time and resource costs.
Custom Entity Group Alerts
In the latest update, we have also made our alerting system even more configurable. It now allows users to create custom entity groups. Users can set up alerts so that they can be notified about any interactions with any member of that group.
This feature will allow users to blacklist not only addresses but entities as well.
Direct Connections for Customers
We have updated the connections feature for customers to make it more configurable. Users can now also view direct connections that show the senders of incoming transactions and receivers of outgoing transactions.
This improvement to the system will be helpful in cases where KYC policies require that interactions be no longer than one hop.
Dark Theme Platform Option
In this latest release, we have implemented a dark theme option on our platform.
This update will make it easier to use Crystal alongside other services with dark interfaces, it will improve readability, and it will also reduce eye fatigue for our users.
