Improved Risk Score Profile Management

In the latest update, the product team has improved risk scoring profiles, alert settings, customer connections, and added a search logging solution.

Risk Score Profile and Alert Settings History

Customers will now be able to save the history of changes to any risk score profiles or alert settings. This update will allow our users to track changes made by themselves or by colleagues (those using a corporate account) to ensure an audit trail is created.

Users can also restore the previous version of the risk score profile and alert settings from the history tab, as needed.

Customer Connections

We have introduced a connections solution for customers through the monitoring tool.

This update allows users to create a connections diagram for any customers’ deposited and/ or withdrawn amounts.

The diagram above shows a summary of a customer’s deposits and withdrawals. It allows users to estimate the source of the customer’s deposits (left) and the destination of the customer’s withdrawals (right.)

This greater level of detail means that users will now be able to see aggregated statistics on all transfers for a particular customer within the system.

The connections solution also enables users to see, not only the types of services the money was interacting with but also the exact names of these services.

This greater level of detail means that users will now be able to see aggregated statistics on all transfers for a particular customer within the system.

Please note that withdrawal transfers without a transaction hash are not considered in connections.

Search Logging

Starting with this release, users will now be able to view previous search results within certain search dates (up to 20 results can be saved). Only successful search queries will be shown in the search bar so users can quickly navigate through them at ease.
